Teams & Slack Alerts, Location Reporting & System Health

This release sends IntelliSee alerts to Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat and other tools, adds location-aware and program reporting, and introduces a red/yellow/green System Health page for every appliance. It also adds read-only AI assistant access, a new Night theme and Compact mode, and a more consistent look across the portal.

  • New Teams, Slack and Google Chat alert channels paste a channel's webhook URL under Settings > Integrations and the portal recognizes the service automatically.
  • New confirm-by-test-message setup saving a channel sends a test alert with a Confirm this channel button that turns it on.
  • New per-channel filters for risk level, detection type, appliance and schedule, with optional detection snapshots in chat cards.
  • New signed webhooks for Discord, Mattermost, Zapier, n8n and similar tools.
  • New location on every alert each alert shows its camera's site, city and state on the Reporting page and in PDF, CSV, scheduled email and Alert Log Excel exports.

This release introduces in-portal alert clip playback: play available recordings directly from alert cards, switch between snapshots and video, preview clips on hover, and download MP4 evidence. It also expands reporting and incident response, adds a more capable camera masking workspace and diagnostics, and improves account access, navigation, and visual consistency across IntelliSee.

Enterprise Sign-In: Microsoft SSO & Active Directory Integration

Organizations can sign in with their Microsoft (Entra ID) accounts, connect their own Active Directory for centralized authentication, and map directory groups to IntelliSee roles — alongside a broad round of account-security hardening and role/permission refinements.
