Platform Use

IntelliSee is provided to help authorized customers manage AI-powered safety and security detections, alerts, integrations, appliances, cameras, and related portal workflows. Users must access the portal only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with their organization's policies.

Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account, contact, camera, and notification settings.
• Use IntelliSee in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, workplace policies, and posted notices.
• Review alerts, detection outputs, and integrations using human judgment and appropriate response procedures.
• Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

AI Detection and Response

IntelliSee detections are designed to support prevention and response. They may be affected by camera placement, lighting, configuration, network conditions, environmental factors, and other variables. IntelliSee does not replace emergency response procedures, professional judgment, or customer safety policies.

IntelliSee Mobile App

The IntelliSee app for iOS and Android is available to authorized users of IntelliSee customers and is subject to these terms, your organization's agreement with IntelliSee, and the IntelliSee Privacy Policy. The app is licensed, not sold. When downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the app is also subject to that store's terms, and Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

• Keep the phone protected with a screen lock and current software updates, and do not share your sign-in.
• Sign out on shared devices, and tell your administrator promptly if a phone with the app is lost or stolen so its sessions can be ended.
• Alert images and details may include sensitive information. View and share them only as your organization's policies allow.

Privacy

IntelliSee is designed to identify risks and events, not people. Use of the portal is also subject to the IntelliSee Privacy Policy.

The formal IntelliSee terms and conditions document remains available for review. Legal counsel should review and approve any replacement terms before publication.
